A Gentle Agreement Before We Begin

Thank you for trusting Drift & Flow with something so meaningful.

Before we begin, this agreement simply outlines how we’ll work together — so everything feels clear, calm, and supported throughout the process.

1. Your Tribute

Drift & Flow will create a custom memorial tribute using the photos, videos, text, and music you provide.

Each tribute is thoughtfully crafted to honour your loved one with care and respect.

2. What We’ll Need From You

To create your tribute, we rely on the materials you provide.

You agree to:

  • Provide photos, videos, and text in a timely manner

  • Ensure names, dates, and details are accurate

  • Confirm you have permission to use all content provided

We gently recommend reviewing everything before sending, as we work from what you share.

3. Timeframes

We understand that memorials are often time-sensitive.

Your delivery timeframe is based on:

  • when materials are received

  • how quickly feedback is provided

We will always do our best to meet agreed timelines.
If delays occur due to late materials or responses, delivery may be affected.

4. Revisions

Each tribute includes two (2) minor revisions.

Minor revisions include:

  • correcting text

  • swapping photos

  • small timing adjustments

If further changes are needed beyond this, we will let you know before proceeding.

5. Review & Approval

Before final delivery, you will have the opportunity to review your tribute.

At this stage, we ask that you carefully check:

  • spelling of names

  • dates

  • photo order

Once approved, the tribute is considered final.

6. Fees & Payment

  • Payment is required before final delivery

  • Work may begin upon confirmation of your booking

All pricing is in Australian Dollars (AUD).

7. Cancellations

We understand that circumstances can change.

  • If cancelled before work begins → full refund

  • If work has started → refund is based on work completed

We will always approach this with fairness and understanding.

8. Music & Copyright

If you request specific music:

  • You confirm you have the right to use it

  • Drift & Flow does not provide licensed commercial music

We are not responsible for copyright issues relating to music choices.

9. Final Files & Playback

Your tribute will be delivered digitally.

You are responsible for:

  • downloading your file

  • ensuring it plays correctly on your chosen device or at the venue

We recommend testing your tribute before the service where possible.

10. Storage

We may keep a copy of your tribute for a short period after delivery.

However, we recommend saving your files securely, as we do not guarantee long-term storage.

11. Our Commitment to You

We will:

  • Handle your memories with care and respect

  • Communicate clearly throughout the process

  • Do our best to create something meaningful and fitting

12. Your Rights

This agreement operates alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

By proceeding with Drift & Flow, you acknowledge and agree to the above.
